Setup & Use of Classes in QBO
I set up and train you to use QBO Classes so you can see performance by location, product line, project, and more.
A real estate investor had several Airbnb properties. With the addition of classes, they were able to see how each of them was doing in relation to expenses and income. They were then able to determine if any of them needed to be sold, which ones needed to have their pricing adjusted, and which were their prize properties. This also helped determine locations which might be good for future investments.
